[Business Assistant]

Responsibilities:
No.1 Mainly responsibles are: handing orders, arrangement the shipsments, delivery, reply, quotation, reconciliation, collection of goods, traching of goods and the corresponding clerk and customers.
No.2 Responsible for communication with customers, discovery and handling of abnormal circumstances.
No.3 To assist the supervisor to improve the departmental charter and the perfection of the operation process, do a good job after the sale of services.
No.4 Sales agreement archive and so on.

Skills
No.1 Proficiency in Office software, familiar with ERP system is preferred.
No.2 Have good communication skills, meticulous work, good character, strong learning ability;
No.3 Experience in the import and export business of the electronics industry;
No.4 Good health, meet job requirements
No.5 Have a certain ability to read and write English

Remuneration: 3000-10000 above, five insurance payments

【Sales Assistant】

Responsibilities:
No.1  Recommend the latest IC products to customers, and maintain customer relationships.
